The purpose of this contract is to fulfill the need of 4 commercial buses in support for of NAS Pensacola Blue Angels Home Coming 2023 air show. The commercial buses shall be used to transport visitors from the designated parking areas to the event area on 3
November 2023 and 4 November 2023.

There are now two amendments attached to this solicitation. Please make sure to review, and sign both when submitting your proposal/quote. Updated points of contacts are listed in Amendment 002 in the addendum for question and submittial of offer.

Amendment 003 has been added. Please review as it addresses questions asked. Also please sign and send a copy of Amendment 003 with your quote or offer.

Background
Naval Air Station Pensacola is hosting its annual Blue Angels Home Coming Air Show. The two-day event includes aerial performances, a kid’s zone, free parking and admission to the public. This year’s air show will be held on 3 – 4 November 2023 and commercial buses are required to support this event.

Work Details
The purpose of this contract is to fulfill the need of 4 commercial buses in support for of NAS Pensacola Blue Angels Home Coming 2023 air show. The commercial buses shall be used to transport visitors from the designated parking areas to the event area on 3 November 2023 and 4 November 2023.

The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Federal Law, Florida State Law(s), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Navy and installation regulations. The period of performance shall be 3 November 2023 – 4 November 2023. Start times are 0900 to 1700 on both days. The contractor shall transport the visitors from the designated parking areas to the Sherman Field air field gates.
