Background
The Space Systems Command (SSC) supports operation of military satellites to ensure continuous, uninterrupted, secure, and anti-jam communications for the warfighter. SSC collaborates with operational customers and supports suppliers to provide timely operations capabilities across the full spectrum of conflict. SSC develops, acquires, equips, fields, and sustains lethal and resilient space capabilities.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform life cycle logistics support for CCS-C including program management, operations support, organizational, intermediate, and depot level maintenance support, contractor logistics support, network communications maintenance, systems engineering, integration, and test (SEIT), software and database sustainment, cybersecurity engineering. Additionally, the contractor shall develop and deploy extensions to CCS-C to support new satellites and constellations, perform modifications to counter emerging threats (Cyber, Space and Ground), expand Command & Control (C2) capabilities, conduct feasibility studies, trade-off studies, predictive performance measurements, risk assessments, testing, and white papers.

The contractor shall also facilitate seamless phase-in and phase-out transition periods between incoming and outgoing contractor/Government personnel.
