Background
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration is issuing this Combined Synopsis Solicitation for the delivery of black wood mulch to Calverton National Cemetery.

The goal of this contract is to provide necessary landscaping materials to maintain the cemetery grounds, which honors the service and sacrifice of veterans and their families.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish and deliver black wood mulch as requested to Calverton National Cemetery. The requirement includes:
- **Base Year**: 500 cubic yards per year, with an option for an increased quantity of 250 cubic yards per year.
- **Delivery Specifications**: Deliveries will be made on an 'as-needed / as requested' basis in approximately 250 cubic yard increments, unloaded in a designated area determined by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
