Combined Custodial Pre Solicitation Conference Follow up

Background
The Combined Custodial Pre-Solicitation Conference is a follow-up to the industry engagement day for custodial services. The conference aims to provide open collaboration and synergies with industry for idea exchanges and feedback to provide combined custodial services for the Kaiserslautern Military Community Area (KMC), Geilenkirchen NATO Air Base (GK), and Spangdahlem Air Base (SAB). The current contract, FA5613-18-D-0001, expires on 29th February 2024, and the performance length is 5 years. The source selection approach is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

Work Details
The tasks under the contract include providing all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure custodial services are performed at the specified locations in a manner that maintains satisfactory facility conditions and presents a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a 1-year base and 4 one-year options. It will involve three separate requirements contracts, one for each location. Evaluation factors will be based on past performance of three contracts over the past seven years, technical certifications, and adherence to the Offerors Quality Control Plan (QCP).
