Combat Arms Training and Maintenance (CATM) Firing Range Maintenance Services

Background
The purpose of this requirement is to provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform hazardous material lead, tangible dust, debris clean-up, filter changing and bagging waste from 20th Security Forces Combat Arms Weapons Firing range, Building 1833 at Shaw AFB SC. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.

Work Details
The work to be performed includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, transportation, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform hazardous material (lead/frangible dust/debris) clean-up, filter changing and bagging waste from 20th Security Forces Combat Arms Weapons Firing range (Building 1833) at Shaw AFB SC. This involves tasks such as purchasing, removing, packaging, and changing out HEPA filters and pre-filters; surface cleaning; back side of building cleaning; collection and packaging of hazardous materials/debris; inspection and replacement of filters; material handling; coordination with Security Forces Point of Contact (POC); and compliance with applicable Air Force, OSHA, and EPA standards.

The contract will be performed at 20th Security Forces Combat Arms Weapons Firing range, Building 1833 at Shaw AFB SC.
