Colombia Powerboats for CNP DIRAN

Background
The INL section, Interdiction Program is purchasing Powerboats for strengthening DIRAN counter narcotic controls at ports of Buenaventura, Uraba, Cartagena, Barranquilla and Santa Marta. This includes operator's training and maintenance training for proper operation and care of purchased boats.

Work Details
The contract includes the purchase of powerboats for strengthening DIRAN counter narcotic controls at specific ports in Colombia. It also involves providing operator's training and maintenance training for the proper operation and care of the purchased boats. The contract also requires compliance with electronic invoicing and payment requirements using the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). The Contractor is required to submit payment requests electronically using IPP, unless alternate procedures are authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall ensure that its supporting documentation conforms to IPP requirements. If the Contractor wishes to be paid via a foreign bank account, they must properly fill out form GFS-FO-CLM-089 and attach it to each invoice in the IPP where payment to a foreign bank account is requested.

The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include ports of Buenaventura, Uraba, Cartagena, Barranquilla, and Santa Marta in Colombia.
