Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/supplies prepared in the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number SP4704-23-Q-0075 is issued as a request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is Unrestricted. This is a firm-fixed price contract with a Period of Performance of 01 September 2023 – 31 August 2024. DCAA requires an internet-accessible university platform capability that bridges the recruiting gap for students and employers by allowing communication between students and recruiter in a one-stop-shop environment. This requirement is in support of DCAA at Fort Belvoir, VA.
