INDUSTRY DAY:
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport will hold a Code 70 Industry Day on Wednesday, 22 January 2025 for the upcoming acquisition: Advanced Instrumentation Systems Technology (AIST). The purpose of the Industry Day is to increase industry awareness of the upcoming services solicitations. This a follow-on to contract N00178-19-D-8361/N66604-20-F-3009.
The event will be held via MS Teams. A link will be provided to registrants prior to the event.
REGISTRATION:
Each company interested in participating in this Industry Day must complete and submit the attached Industry Day Registration Form no later than 20 January 2025. Please submit the completed registration form via email to maria.f.gregory@us.navy.mil. Questions on the upcoming solicitation should be submitted via the registration form.

Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport is conducting an Industry Day on January 22, 2025, for the upcoming acquisition of Advanced Instrumentation Systems Technology (AIST). This event aims to enhance industry awareness regarding forthcoming service solicitations and is a follow-on to contract N00178-19-D-8361/N66604-20-F-3009.

Work Details
The Industry Day will be held via MS Teams, with a link provided to registrants prior to the event. The tentative agenda includes a welcome and contract presentation starting at 1000 hours and concluding at 1045 hours.

Companies interested in participating must complete and submit the attached Industry Day Registration Form by January 20, 2025. Questions regarding the upcoming solicitation should be submitted through this registration form in advance of the event, as questions will not be taken during the Industry Day. All submitted questions and their answers will be posted on the Seaport Portal after the event.
