CN24 Portable Building Rental_Saipan

Background
The solicitation is for Portable Building Rental Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract is issued by the U.S. Government for COPE NORTH 2024 at Saipan International Airport. The contract requires the contractor to provide all qualified personnel, supervision, transportation, maintenance, operating costs, equipment, tools, materials, fuel, and any other necessary supplies or services to accomplish the complete performance of the services requested within the Statement of Work.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide one (1) Portable Office Space (POS) with generator and air conditioning unit, American power outlets and generators to support 24-hour operations. Additionally, the contractor will provide (1) fridge (if available), (2) fold-up tables and (8) fold-up chairs. The contractor shall also provide 24-hour maintenance for all generators on POS, including air conditioning, electrical, and generator maintenance.
The period of performance is from 07-23 February 2024 at Saipan International Airport. The contractor must designate a Contract Manager who is responsible for the contract operations and must be available during the Period of Performance dates. The contractor must also interface with all applicable locality representatives to acquire necessary permits, surveying, and all applicable license requirements.
