In order for the Government to provide responses to interested parties, the Government must set the above deadline for the submission of questions.

The Government has received numerous questions and concerns regarding this solicitation. As a result, the amendment to the Request for Proposals and Questions and Answers are still being worked. HQ ACC AMIC intends to make multiple Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract awards under a single solicitation.

PROPOSAL DUE DATE 4 MARCH 2022 AT 4:00pm EST

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on 25 January 2022 at 1:00 PM EST to explain the requirements of this solicitation and to respond to questions raised by offerors. The Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually via ZOOM due to COVID-19 restrictions. Specific details will be posted to Sam.gov. We request that you limit the number of individuals attending to a maximum of two (2) per company. To request attendance, send an email to tracy.allen.4@us.af.mil and anthony.bennett.12@us.af.mil no later than 21 January 2022 at 1200 Noon EST. Title the email "Pre-Proposal Conference - FA4890-22-R-0021- "Company Name" (example "Pre-Proposal Conference, FA4890-22-R-0021--ABC, Inc.). See attachment for ZOOM information.

Offerors may submit questions regarding the solicitation in writing via e-mail to the Contracting Officer and/or contract specialist no later than 21 January 2022 at 1200 Noon EST to allow for inclusion in the Pre- Proposal Conference agenda. Questions will be considered at any time prior to or during the conference;however, official answers will be provided to written questions only and posted to Sam.gov.
