Background
The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 75N95024R00025 titled “Clinical Coordinating Center for NIDA’s Clinical Trials Network.” The contract aims to establish a Clinical Coordinating Center for NIDA’s Clinical Trials Network.

Work Details
The Statement of Work (SOW) includes various sections such as solicitation/contract form, supplies or services and prices/costs, description/specifications/work statement, packaging, marking and shipping, inspection and acceptance, deliveries or performance, contract clauses, list of documents, exhibits and other attachments, representations and instructions. The SOW outlines the tasks to be performed by the contractor including providing all necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities to perform the work specified in the SOW. It also includes reporting requirements such as technical progress reports, other reports/deliverables like reporting of financial conflict of interest (FCOI), invention reporting requirement, invoice submission/contract financing request, providing accelerated payment to small business subcontractors, indirect cost rates negotiation and post-award evaluation of contractor performance.

Period of Performance
The estimated ordering period of this contract is from August 2, 2024 through August 1, 2029. The period of performance for each task order shall be specified in the respective task order.
