CIT Office of Scientific Computing Services Professional Support Services

This contract opportunity is for the acquisition of professional Information Technology expertise in the complex computational science and engineering fields required by the Office of Scientific Computing Services (OSCS) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The objective of OSCS is to provide computer science, engineering, physical science, and mathematics expertise to biomedical applications, including areas such as image processing, biomedical informatics, genetic databases, and medical imaging. The key capabilities that CIT's OSCS is seeking support services for include supporting biomedical informatics and data science services, improving service management and delivery capabilities through agile development, adopting flexible commercial-based offerings to drive down labor costs, staying current with market changes through proactive staffing changes, and continuous improvement aligned with NIH Key Performance Indicators. This contract opportunity aims to enhance computational science and engineering collaborations with the NIH Intramural Research Program.
