Cisco Codec and Quad Camera Installation

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Coatesville VA Medical Center, is requesting a quote for the installation of Cisco Codec Plus and Quad Camera equipment to replace existing older Cisco units in training rooms 221, 228E, and 229 housed in Building 38. The work aims to integrate the already established audio/visual equipment with the updated Cisco Codec Plus and quad camera.

Work Details
The contractor is required to install the new codec above the top right corner of the currently installed display monitor in the identified rooms, use the existing camera mount as a shelf for the new Codec, install the new Quad camera above the current installed display monitor, check all current cabling for the Extron equipment and install new cables that come with the new codec, test existing Extron control panel and ensure it is working properly.

The contractor is also responsible for organizing cabling at the desk where the currently installed computer and Extron control panels are located, ensuring that cables are organized and secured behind the desk.

The contract period of performance is from May 1, 2024, to June 15, 2024.

Place of Performance
The place of performance is at Coatesville VA Medical Center (CVAMC), located at 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd., Building 38 rooms 221, 228E, and 229 Coatesville, PA 19320.
