CHLORATE CANDLE AND IGNITOR

An Unrestricted, Commercial solicitation for the Chlorate Candle NSN 4460-00-875-4568 and Ignitor NSN 4460-01-043-7635 will be issued. The solicitation will include two lots: one for 70% of the Government's requirement and one for 30% of the requirement. Both lots will include a HUB Zone preference. The award of two Indefinite Quantity, Long-Term, Fixed Price Contracts, each with a two-year base and three (3) one-year option terms is anticipated. The Government reserves the right to make one award for the full requirement if two responsible, highly rated proposals are not submitted. Tradeoff source selection procedures will be utilized with Product Demonstration Modesl, Past Performance and Surge Plan being evaluated as well as price.
All deliveries are to be FOB Destination to a CONUS DLA Depot (stock).
