The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Procurement Center, located at 3901 Adams Avenue, Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia, intends to award a sole source contract to SunView Software, Inc., Tampa, Florida for ChangeGear software maintenance and support. This requirement is classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541519 with a size standard of $34 million. The Product or Service Code (PSC) is DA01. The period of performance is anticipated to be September 1, 2024 August 30, 2025, with two options periods, for a total period of performance ending August 30, 2027.

This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as prescribed in FAR 13.501(a), Sole Source (including Brand Name).

Please note that this is NOT a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government for the requirement identified above. Information received in response to such notice is normally considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement; however, a determination by the Government to not compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Authority: 10 U.S.C. 3204 as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(b)(2), the existence of limited rights in data make the supplies and services available from only one source.
