Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Philadelphia District is issuing this solicitation for the installation of a chain link fence at the Operations Compound of the Francis E. Walter Dam, located at 146 Walter Dam Road, White Haven, PA.

The dam is part of the Lehigh River Flood Control program and supports various missions including recreation and environmental stewardship.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, and materials required to install a new chain link fence around the operations compound facility.

The installation must adhere to the salient characteristics and features specified in Section 3.0 under Performance Requirements. The work includes managing subcontractors, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with Government personnel.

The Contractor is responsible for integrating all activities needed to execute the requirement and must manage timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification.
