Background
The U. S. Food & Drug Administration, (FDA) Office of Acquisition and Grants Services (OAGS) has a requirement to procure a CFSAN-2024-121350 Multichannel Pipette Calibration and Verification Balance under solicitation FDA-RFQ-CFSAN-2024-121350. The instrument is selected for quarterly verification of pipettes used in research, outbreak analysis, and method development for the detections of pathogens in seafood. The purpose is to acquire a multichannel pipette calibration and verification balance, as well as the supporting equipment, software, licenses, installation, training, and service.

Work Details
The requested system/items/services shall at a minimum meet all the technical/salient/functional, operational characteristics and specifications listed below: 1) Shall have a readability of 10ug. 2) Shall be accurate for multichannel pipettes with small volume pipetting as low as 0.5uL. 3) The results of a single dispense of up to Twelve (12) channels are calculated in each channel individually on the same load cell.
Support 4 – 12 channel pipettes with a range of 0.5 – 1000uL.
Software shall be able to store a pipette inventory, create calibration certificates, guide user through the measurements required and repetitions needed.
Software shall calculate the accuracy and precision and give a pass/fail result.
Database shall be secure and changes and users shall be traceable.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be one year from March 30, 2024 to March 29, 2025.

The product shall be delivered to One Iberville Drive, Dauphin Island, AL 36528.
