This is a Presolicitation Notice only, and is not the actual solicitation. This notice does not constitute a request for quote. The solicitation for this requirement is expected to be issued on/or around 24 March 2022. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, transportation, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to perform waste water inspection, pumping, cleaning, treatment and disposal services for cesspools and septic tanks at Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) and Kilauea Military Camp (KMC) Army Military Installation on the Island of Hawaii (Big Island) in the State of Hawaii. Services shall be performed in accordance with Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations.

The requirement will be solicited as full and open competition. A solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract based on FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Period of Performance is base year plus four option periods, with the anticipated start date of 1 May 2022. The actual solicitation and all amendments will be posted on the SAM.gov website. All interested parties shall be responsible to monitor the website for any updates and or issuance of the solicitation and any amendments.
