Description

The purpose of this requirement is to provide lodging, meals, conference rooms, break-out rooms and other services to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) J7/9-3 Exercise Support and Sustainment Division for their CENTAM GUARDIAN 25 MPC-SDC conference. The event Period of performance is 9-13 December 2024 in Guatemala City, Guatemala. Please see solicitation, Peformance Work Statement (PWS) for details.

Background
The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) has a requirement for lodging, meals, and conference rooms to support the CENTAM GUARDIAN 25 MPC-SDC conference in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that all logistical needs are met for the participants attending this event from December 9 to December 13, 2024.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
1. Lodging: 48 room nights for 12 personnel over 4 days.
2. Meals:
- Breakfast: 48 meals for participants over 4 days.
- Lunch: 128 meals for participants over 4 days.
- Dinner: 60 meals for participants over 5 days.
3. Conference Rooms:
- One Vendor Conference Room accommodating up to 100 people for one day.
- Three Main Conference Rooms accommodating up to 100 people each for three days.
- Three Breakout Rooms accommodating up to 50 people each for three days.
4. Audio & Internet Services: Audiovisual equipment and internet access for all conference rooms and breakout rooms.
5. Coffee Breaks: AM and PM coffee breaks consisting of coffee and snacks for eighty guests over four days, plus additional coffee service on December 9, 2024.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from December 9, 2024, through December 13, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
