Ceiling Increase for Program Support for Highway Policy Analysis IDIQ

The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) intent to modify a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with seven awardees for Program Support for Highway Policy Analysis for the Office of Policy to increase the ceiling of the contract. FHWA anticipates increasing the ceiling of the following seven IDIQ contracts by $2 million:

• -693JJ319D000007- Cambridge Systematics Inc.
• -693JJ319D000008- ICF Incorporated, LLC
• -693JJ319D000009- MacroSys, LLC
• -693JJ319D000010- Jack Faucett Associates
• -693JJ319D000011- WSP USA, Inc.

Currently, the awards are in their fourth year of performance. However, it is apparent that the ceiling of $23.5 million is lower than what is needed to successfully complete all currently awarded and active task orders. The current IDIQ ceiling must be increased to allow all remaining projects under way to be completed, including the exercising of existing options. All new efforts are being competed under the Program Support for Highway Policy Analysis for the Office of Policy multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement and no new task orders will be awarded under this IDIQ.
