CCTV Maintenance

Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 48th Fighter Wing (USAFE), is issuing this solicitation for the maintenance, upgrade, and alignment of the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system to enhance Force Protection at RAF Lakenheath, RAF Feltwell, and RAF Mildenhall.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the effective operation of a surveillance system consisting of 203 cameras across these bases.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and aligning the CCTV system which includes:
- Maintenance of a total of 203 cameras across three bases: 53 cameras at RAF Mildenhall and 150 cameras at RAF Lakenheath and RAF Feltwell.
- Coverage shall include various camera types, brands, and models as specified in Attachment 3 - Non-Nuclear Intrusion Detection System Equipment Approval Letters.
- Maintenance of 4 automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras located at RAF Lakenheath.
- The contractor must maintain all non-real property items and ensure proper interfacing between all systems.
- The contractor must be prepared to accept additions and replacements of cameras as the bases aim for 100% coverage.
- All work must comply with the specifications outlined in Attachment 1 - CCTV Specifications.
