CCAD IPV Gen II Industry Day RFI   2

Background
DLA Aviation is conducting an Industry Day for the CCAD IPV Gen II effort to provide a platform for industry stakeholders to engage with government representatives regarding the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The session aims to give an overview of the CCAD IPV program's history, current contract requirements, proposed acquisition strategies, and performance metrics. This initiative is designed to gather industry feedback and assess alternatives for the acquisition process.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing skilled personnel essential for successful contract execution, including roles such as Program Manager, Assistant Program Manager, Site Manager, Contracts Representative, IT Systems Specialist, and Transition Manager.

The contractor must establish a corporate quality assurance program ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality assurance requirements. They are required to evaluate suppliers' qualifications and ensure that all parts provided meet government standards. The contractor must also maintain traceability of parts to their manufacturers and conduct periodic audits of quality assurance processes. Additionally, they must manage Critical Safety Items (CSI) exclusively from government sources and ensure proper packaging and delivery of materials according to specified military standards.

Security protocols require contractors to comply with personal identity verification procedures and maintain appropriate security clearances for personnel accessing classified information.

The contract work will primarily take place at DLA Aviation (Defense Supply Center Richmond) located at 6090 Strathmore Rd, Richmond, Virginia 23297.
