CBRN Defense Countermeasure Portfolio

The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND), through Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Contracting (NC) is issuing this DRAFT combined synopsis/solicitation for high-level strategic support services to assist in achieving domestic and international CBRN defense countermeasure portfolio program objectives. This DRAFT combined synopsis/solicitation is being posted to provide an opportunity for industry to review and offer feedback in advance of final posting.

The DRAFT combined synopsis/solicitation is attached. To receive Attachments 01 07, please send an email to med-sme@army.mil with the subject line W911QY-23-CBRN-D-MCPS. Please include your organization's name, address, CAGE code, business size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of this notice. NC will endeavor to respond to all requests in the order that they are received and within one business day of receipt. Responses/feedback are due no later than 5:00PM EST on 23 June 2023.

This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as a commitment of any kind by the Government. The Government is NOT seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The Government WILL NOT PAY for any information received in response to this notice, and the Government will not compensate the respondent for any cost incurred in developing the response to this notice. The Government will not release any information marked with a proprietary legend received in response to this notice to any firms, agencies, or individuals outside the Government without written permission. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Phone calls will not be accepted.
