CATM Firing Range Cleaning Services - Minot AFB

Background
The Department of the Air Force at Minot AFB, ND has a requirement for cleaning of the indoor small arms firing range located on base. The cleaning will take place on a monthly basis due to the volume and frequency of fire to ensure the maximum range life cycle is achieved. The contractor must have expertise on the materials being handled and tasks outlined in Attachment 2 - Performance Work Statement.

Work Details
The contractor will clean the indoor small arms firing range at Minot Air Force Base on a monthly basis. This includes vacuuming of loading points/firing points and firing lanes, vacuuming of the bullet trap, cleaning of bullet trap debris collection, emptying/placing range debris/residue into labeled drums, monitoring and replacing dust collection units, and changing range filters as needed. All work will be certified/accepted by the Security Forces Squadron (SFS) Combat Arms NCOIC or the Combat Arms Section Chief.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract includes a base year and four option years for monthly cleaning and filter replacement as outlined in the solicitation.

The contract work will be performed at Minot AFB, ND 58705.
