Background
The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore District requires a firm-fixed-price (FFP) indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for the delivery of Cationic Polymer to the Washington Aqueduct Division, Washington, D.C.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all Washington Aqueduct’s Cationic Polymer according to the specifications within the Statement of Work (SOW). Cationic Polymer is used at Washington Aqueduct’s Dalecarlia Water Treatment(WTPs).
The ordering period shall be for a period of three (3) years from date of award. Maximum and minimum quantities are as follows: Maximum total contract capacity not to exceed 240 totes over the three-year contract duration. Minimum quantity: 20 totes. Cationic Polymer shall meet or exceed the ANSI/AWWA Standard B541, latest revision except as modified or supplemented herein.

Period of Performance
The ordering period shall be for a period of three (3) years from date of award.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) the product will be delivered to is the Washington Aqueduct Division, Washington, D.C.
