Background
The contract is issued by the Archdiocese for the Military Services (AMS) to provide non-personal services in support of Catholic religious education programs. The contractor will coordinate with appropriate Catholic services, rites, and observances governed by Catholic ecclesiastical regulations.

The goal of the contract is to develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate Religious Education programs in accordance with AMS guidelines.

Work Details
The contractor will provide services that include:
1. Supporting or coordinating Catholic services, rites, and observances as per ecclesiastical regulations.
2. Developing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating Religious Education programs under AMS guidelines.
3. Maintaining healthy interpersonal relationships with chapel staff, contractors, and parishioners while adhering to a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect or harassment.
4. Ensuring compliance with Catholic ecclesiastical norms and practices as prescribed by the National Conference of Catholic Bishops.
5. Possessing or pursuing an advanced certificate in Catechesis and providing evidence of professional competence through certification and academic training.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025, with options for additional periods extending through April 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Little Rock Air Force Base in Arkansas.
