The Medicne Bow Routt National Forest is issuing this Request For Proposal (RFP) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the janitorial services at the Casper Interagency Dispatch Center. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished) and incidentals to perform all work necessary, to perform the janitorial services listed in the Performance Work Statement. Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) at the time they submit their solicitaiton response to be eligible for award. Background
The Medicine Bow Routt National Forest is issuing this Request For Proposal (RFP) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the janitorial services at the Casper Interagency Dispatch Center. The project is a total Small Business Set-Aside. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished) and incidentals to perform all work necessary to perform the janitorial services listed in the Performance Work Statement.

Work Details
This contract is for the janitorial services of Casper Dispatch. The goal is to provide a clean and safe place for all employees to work by maintaining a regular cleaning service. Specific tasks and quality and performance standards include cleaning workout rooms and hallways, vacuuming carpet, washing interior window glass, dusting all surfaces, emptying waste receptacles, steam cleaning/shampooing carpet and washing outside windows once per year.
Additionally, flooring, base molding, and walls shall be free of dirt, debris, marks, and foreign matter. The kitchen area shall be free of obvious dirt debris and extraneous matter. Trash shall be collected each cleaning day and put into government-provided dumpster.
