Background
The Defense Commissary is seeking to purchase cart corrals for stores located in CONUS (Continental United States) to enhance the recovery of shopping carts from parking lots, thereby minimizing damage to vehicles.

This initiative aligns with the Commissary's mission to provide quality products and services to military personnel and their families.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply of cart corrals with the following specifications:
- **Federal Supply Class**: 7290
- **General Operating Specifications**:
- Dimensions: Must fit inside one or two standard parking spaces (approximately 9ft wide by 19ft long).
- **Salient Characteristics**:
- Galvanized cart rails.
- Capable of being permanently mounted if required.
- Bumper guards to protect car doors.
- High signage or graphic indicating a cart recovery location.
- **Single corral (2E11-A)**: Minimum 20 cart capacity (20,000 cubic inch model).
- **Bi-directional corral (2E11-B)**: Minimum 40 cart capacity (20,000 cubic inch model), includes all parts for bi-directional motorized cart retrieval, center separator bar, and lane end chains.
- **Covered corral (2E11-C)**: Minimum 30 cart capacity (20,000 cubic inch model) with a peaked or rounded roof.
- **Warranty**: One year from date of delivery/installation against defective material and workmanship, including parts, service, and labor.
- **Color Requirement**: Blue.
- **Shipping Requirement**: Must be shipped ready to assemble with common tools and unskilled labor.
