This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301623Q0096 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 and DFARS change notice 06/09/2023. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Woman-Owned Business set-aside. This NAICS code is 325510 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is for Carpet Removal and Concrete Staining for Buildings 127 and 126 located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Chapman Annex, TX 78236 as stated in Attachment 1 - SOO-B127 Carpet Removal and Stain Floor Revised - May 2023 and Attachment 2 - SOO-B126 Carpet Removal and Stain Floor Revised.

CST, Thursday, 17 August 2023 - Thursday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely.

Any and all questions will be due by 10:00AM CST 10 August 2023 - Thursday using the attached Questions and Answers document Addendum 01.

Site Visit: Tuesday, 1 August 2023, at 11:00 am (CST) upon request. A site visit is not required for this solicitation. All attending vendors must obtain their Bass Passes at the JBSA Lackland Security Office prior to meeting at Building 5450, then proceeding to Chapman Annex.

After obtaining your Base Passes, all attending vendors must meet at the 502d Contracting Squadron located at JBSA Lackland at 10:30am before heading to Building 127 and Building 126 at the Chapman Annex location.

Please Note: Please give yourself plenty of time to obtain your Base Passes at the Lackland Security Office before heading to the 502d Contracting Squadron, JBSA Lackland TX, if you plan on picking up passes that day. Passes may be picked up earlier, if you have a confirmation number from this office. The drive from the 502d Contracting Squadron JBSA Lackland TX to the Chapman Annex is between 15 and 25 minutes and the average wait times at the Security Office can range from minutes to hours pending on traffic flow.
