DLA Troop Support intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of Cargo Pallet Covers, National Stock Number (NSN) is 3990-00-930-1480. The solicitation number will be SPE8E9-23-R-0005. This NSN is procured to a Commercial Item Description (A-A-55437, Type I). This NSN has a critical application and requires source inspection.

The solicitation period will be 30 days; the RFP will be posted on Beta Sam AFTER June 6, 2023. This procurement will be for a Long-Term Contract. The government intends to utilize the procedures of FAR 13.5, Commercial Test Program, to solicit for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The government intends to make one, single award. Resultant contract(s) will have a one-year base period and four, possible, one-year option periods with an Economic Price Adjustment. The contract guaranteed minimum will be 10% of the calculated total for each contract(s) issued. The guaranteed minimum will apply ONLY to the base period.

Large businesses will be required to submit a subcontracting plan.

This acquisition will be conducted on an unrestricted basis.

All proposals must include a copy of a completed solicitation with Firm-Fixed Pricing for the one-year base. Follow directions as outlined in the solicitation when posted.
