The Government has reviewed its estimates and sufficient funds are not available for the base award CLINs in FY21; therefore, the Government is cancelling this solicitation. The Government anticipates having additional meetings with the Program Officer and re-reviewing the acquisition strategy. It is unknown at this time if the effort will be resolicited in FY21 or FY22 under the Training Systems Contract IV (TSC IV) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) or if a new acquisition strategy will be pursued.
