Campground and Park Facility Cleaning Services Beaver Lake

Background
The contract is issued by the agency responsible for managing Beaver Lake Parks, which aims to maintain cleanliness and safety across its facilities. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive cleaning services for all campgrounds and day-use areas at 11 parks located at Beaver Lake, ensuring a pleasant experience for visitors.

Work Details
The contractor will perform daily cleaning services at the following parks: Starkey, Dam Site Lake, Dam Site River, Indian Creek, Lost Bridge North, Lost Bridge South, Rocky Branch, Prairie Creek, Horseshoe Bend, Hickory Creek, and War Eagle Parks.

Services include:
- Cleaning campsites, restrooms, showers, picnic sites, roads, parking lots, playgrounds, and park areas.
- Daily cleanings except on Tuesdays (unless it is a federal holiday or part of a holiday weekend from May 1 to September 30).
- Double cleanings on specified holidays and holiday weekends.
- Provision of all necessary management, supervision, inspection personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, transportation and vehicles required to perform the services in accordance with contract specifications and applicable laws.

Services will be performed at various locations within Beaver Lake Parks including Starkey Park, Dam Site Lake Park, Dam Site River Park, Indian Creek Park, Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Rocky Branch Park, Prairie Creek Park, Horseshoe Bend Park, Hickory Creek Park and War Eagle Park.
