Background
The contract is issued by the 19th Contracting Squadron at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, for the Camp Warlord Fire Detection System. The goal of this contract is to enhance fire safety by providing a new fire notification system across 13 facilities at Camp Warlord, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and guidelines.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish, remove, and replace the fire notification system in 13 facilities at Camp Warlord on Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. The work must comply with National Fire Protection Association guidelines and all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. Specific requirements include:
- Installation of a complete fire alarm and mass notification system that communicates with the main cabin (Building 1401) and transmits alerts to the local fire department.
- Provision of drawings including control units, batteries, chargers, supervising stations transceivers, annunciators, primary power supplies, remote annunciators, detectors, notification appliances, and alarm initiating devices.
- Design must include a single-line fire alarm/mass notification systems riser diagram identifying each device type.
- Addressable Fire Alarm Systems utilizing Signal Line Circuits (SLC) for communication between devices.
- Compliance with UFGS 28 31 76 and UFC standards for installation and repair of fire notification systems.
- All waste disposal responsibilities fall to the contractor including any fees or permits required for disposal.

Period of Performance
Work shall be accomplished within 90 days of contract award date.
