AMENDMENT 0004 extends the proposal due date to July 13, 2020 3:30 P.M. Ft. Belvoir Time. Section I, Section J, Section K, and Section L have been revised.

AMENDMENT 0003 extends the proposal due date to July 10, 2020 4:30 P.M. Ft. Belvoir Time.

AMENDMENT 0002 adds ATTACHMENT 20 - Pre-Proposal Attendees List to Section J - Attachments of the solicitation (SPE60320R0515).

AMENDMENT 0001 hereby extends the Questions due date to June 15, 2020 at 1:00pm Fort Belvoir time.

Interested companies responding to the solicitation will be required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

This solicitation notice is for environmental remediation, environmental compliance, and environmental facility maintenance services at three (3) California facilities: DFSP Norwalk, CA; DFSP Ozol, CA; and DFSP San Pedro. DLA Installation Management for Energy Environmental Division (DM-FEE) is responsible for funding, supporting and overseeing execution of DLA Energy's environmental requirements. DM-FEE implements remedies as needed to protect human health and the environment. Site Closure (SC) is the primary goal of this effort while restoring and maintaining the Facility in a cost effective manner.

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 562910 and will be solicited on a partial set-aside basis. The requirements at DFSP Ozol will be set aside for small businesses, whereas the requirements at DFSP Norwalk and DFSP San Pedro will be solicited on an unrestricted basis.

The period of performance is a four-year period, September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2024 and a six-month extension provision, September 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025. The Government anticipates awarding three (3) firm fixed-price contracts, one for each location.
