Background
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Red Bluff Fish and Wildlife Office, has a requirement for the installation of a replacement compressor for the wet lab freezer. This project is essential for the functionality of the Hatchery Evaluation Program, which relies on a fully operational freezer. The anticipated delivery date for the completed work is by February 15, 2025.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for replacing the malfunctioning compressor on the outdoor walk-in freezer located near the wet lab at Red Bluff Fish and Wildlife Office. The specific tasks include:
- Purchase and installation of a new O.E.M compressor (Model #KALB-015E-CAV-100, 208/230/1ph).
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with commercial refrigeration repair standards.
- Coordinate any delays with the government in advance.
- Work must be conducted during normal duty hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.), with emergency contact information provided by the contractor.

Period of Performance
Work should commence as soon as possible and must be completed no later than January 31, 2025.
