Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity for Architect-Engineer Services for Multi-Disciplinary Projects in Diego Garcia   4

This procurement will result in one Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Architect-Engineer (AE) services for Multidisciplinary Engineering projects that may include Architectural, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, and Electrical projects at various locations in Diego Garcia. Projects may also include Waterfront Facilities, Oils/Fuels Facilities, Power Plant Facilities, Airfield/Aviation Facilities, and Housing. A-E Services provided under this contract will include, but are not limited to, the preparation of plans, specifications, design analyses, cost estimates, studies, DD1391s, and design-build requests for proposal (RFPs) for Multidisciplinary Engineering projects. Work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable U.S. and Diego Garcia laws, regulations, and standards. Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) may also be included, as required, as an option under the task order. This contract is being procured in accordance with the Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute, 40 U.S.C. Chapter 11, as implemented by FAR Part 36.6.
