C-5M Software and Systems Integration   2

This solicitation is for the C-5M Software and Systems Integration Program.
The Government has determined that this effort will be a sole source contract to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics (LMA), Cage Code 98897, IAW FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
The product deliverables from task orders awarded under this contract shall include Software Updates (SU) that address Deficiency Reports (DRs) listed in Appendix B of applicable Product Descriptions for each task order. Any or all of the C-5M software partitions may be updated as part of a task order. The product deliverables shall go
through Formal Qualification Testing (FQT) and be a C-5M compatible aircraft Operational Flight Program (OFP) with supporting certification artifacts and documentation.
Product deliverables also include engineering analysis of service-revealed software deficiencies.
The products shall comply with all C-5M certifications as found in section 3.1 prior to final acceptance.
The NAICS code has changed from 541330 Engineering Services to 541511 -- Custom Computer Programming Services.
