Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Support of the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) Program   2

As the Government prepares to implement an enterprise-wide, commercial transportation management system solution for transformation across the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE), transportation and financial process specific Business Process Reengineering (BPR) support is needed. The goal of Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) BPR Support effort is to ensure that As Is compartmentalized strategic level enterprise processes are reviewed, analyzed, and reengineered to support a commercial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) . Outputs will support knowledge transfer and a common level of understanding among the JTMS project team, stakeholders, and future JTMS integrator discussions.

The anticipated acquisition strategy for the JTMS BPR requirement is to leverage an 8(a) Direct Award, pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.804-2.

The anticipated period of performance is 01 July 2023 30 June 2028.
