Business Master File (BMF) Legacy Business Processing, Requirements, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support

Background
The IRS is seeking support for the Business Master File (BMF) Legacy Business Processing, Requirements, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support. The goal of this contract is to successfully complete specified tasks and deliver value-added products and services to end users while aligning with the IRS's objectives.

The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timely completion of all work under this task order, adhering to IRS governance structures.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform all work diligently and in a good and workmanlike manner, providing necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and supplies. They must maintain all required permits and licenses.

The contractor is responsible for the professional quality of all deliverables and must ensure that any software provided conforms to specifications for 90 days post-delivery. Additionally, the contractor must comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 regarding accessibility standards for electronic information technology.

Deliverables will be categorized as 'Official Use Only' and require written authorization for release. The contractor warrants that all deliverables will be free from defects in material and workmanship.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a base year of twelve months from the date of award (12/12/2024 – 12/11/2025), with four additional twelve-month option periods.
