Bulk Oxygen tank rental and services for Medical Clinic

Offutt Air Force Base, NE is seeking potential sources capable of providing a large capacity oxygen tank lease with medical grade oxygen which feeds into the hospital supply system, at the Erhling Bergquist Clinic, Offutt AFB, Nebraska.

Contractor to provide all transportation, labor, parts, tools, necessary to provide a minimum 900 gallon Liquid Oxygen Storage Vessel (tank) with 8 cylinder medical oxygen manifold system as a rental unit, as well as fill storage tank with medical grade Liquid Oxygen on an as needed basis. All service shall be in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, industry standards, and by properly trained and qualified personnel. Services and oxygen shall be provided and performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

The information received because of this notice is solely for the purpose of market research. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this sources sought synopsis. The anticipated award will result in a 5-year (base and four option years) Firm Fixed Price contract with performance beginning on 1 April 2021.
