Objective

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Building Maintenance Operation (BMO) Strategic Sourcing team is considering issuing a focused on-ramp solicitation opened only to vendors having either an 8(a) or HubZone socio-economic category (In accordance with Section H.36.4 of the BMO SB Solicitation). The BMO team is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) only, as defined in FAR 15.201(e) for the purposes of obtaining responses from 8(a) and HubZone vendors regarding qualifications and capabilities as it relates to the Phase I BMO Small Business Solicitation GS06Q-16-RL-0002.
