Description

The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey Warfighter Support Division on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division has a construction requirement for Building Automation System (BAS) Repairs at the CW2 Kerry P. Hein United States Army Reserve Center, 200 Route 25A, Shoreham, NY 11786. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision and technical expertise to perform requirement in accordance with the Specifications of Work (SOW). All repairs outlined in the SOW shall be performed. The period of performance for this requirement shall be 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract as a result of this solicitation. Please note that all questions in reference to this requirement must be submitted by 7 September 2021.
