The work described in this solicitation consists of constructin of an approximately 7000 sf extension to B73, a cyberspace security test facility, utilizing conventional design and construction methods to accommodate the ongoing mission of the facility. A sprinkler-equipped facility consisting of a concrete foundation, split-faced concrete block over a steel frame and sloped standing seam metal roof. Approximately 95% of the facility will be SCIF rated IAW ICD 705-1 Physical and Technical security and all support facilities to provide a complete and usable facility.

Note No. 8: The request for information (RFI) process for bidder inquiries during the advertisement period will be through the ProjNet internet based system, and specifics will be contained in the RFP solicitation package available exclusively from beta.sam.gov. Other forms of communicating RFIs to the Government will not be honored. The Government will try to respond to all questions. However, responses may not be furnished to all questions and particularly those received late in the advertisement period (0-10 days prior to bid opening.)
