The ceiling will be 9 feet high and will be designed to limited access storage over the room. The existing panel on the East wall will be relocated. The room will be equipped with lightning, eleectric and telecommunication connections to support three (3) GFGI workstations and a GFGI printer. The Maintenance Office space will be required to have a new exterior door installed. A ductless split heat pump system will be provided for the office.

Background

Work Details
The work includes constructing an approximate 16’-0” x 20’-0” masonry block Maintenance Office within the Hangar Bay in Building 3025. The office space will have a ceiling height of 9 feet and will be designed to provide limited access storage over the room. The existing panel on the East wall will be relocated, and a new exterior door will be installed. Additionally, a ductless split heat pump system will be provided for the office. All building systems such as Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Fire Protection will be modified to accommodate the renovation.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at NAS Oceana, Virginia Beach, Virginia.
