Buckley AFB, Main Base and Restricted Area (RA) Energy Management Controls System (EMCS) Technical Service Agreement (TSA)

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source contract IAW FAR 6.305(a) to Setpoint Systems Corporation, 8167 South Park Circle, Littleton, Colorado 80120-5666. Setpoint Systems Corporation will provide a technical support agreement for the Delta Controls Energy Management Control System (EMCS) for Buckley AFB and the Restricted Area to support Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC). The Technical Support Agreement is for 1 base year and four (4) one-year option periods. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1(a)(2) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, Setpoint Systems Corporation is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This service will be provided to 460 CES/CEOE, Buckley AFB, CO. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
