The U.S. Air Force 460th contracting squadron at Buckley AFB, CO is conducting market research to identify sources for an anticipated up to 5 year Lodging Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Government will use the responses to this sources sought announcement to make appropriate acquisition decisions for this potential requirement.

Please include the Sources Sought Notice Identification Number or title in the subject line of the email submission. Again, this is not a Request for Proposal, Quote, or Bid. Respondents will not be notified of the results. Please note the information within this pre-solicitation synopsis will be updated and/or may change prior to an official synopsis/solicitation, if any is issued.

Description of Requirement:

Commercial hotel services located within 1 mile of BGAR Mississippi Gate (1541 S Vail St, Aurora, CO 80011), provided for emergency housing during any potential lock down or closure type event, weather emergency, snow-storm, natural or man-made disaster, pandemic, or emergency where mission essential personnel are required to be available on base. It is necessary to house roughly up-to 90 individuals or 90 individual rooms at one time for a period of 1 to 14 days. Required to ensure reservations can be made and paid in accordance with Government Purchase Card (GPC) and fiscal regulations. Accommodations shall be compliant with the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990(Public Law 101-391) and acceptable Commercial Industrial Standards for lodging.
