Background
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to fulfill the U.S. Government's requirements for the BSU-33 C/B Fin Assembly. This RFP will be competed as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA). The purpose for this update is to provide Amendment 0001 to RFP W52P1J-22-R-0010.

Work Details
The following item will be procured under this solicitation: BSU-33 C/B Fin Assembly; NSN: 1325-01-614-4020, P/N: 923AS900. The U.S. Government intends to award one five-year, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (FP-EPA), Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the U.S. Government, non-price and price factors considered. The resultant contract will consist of five Ordering Periods (OP) to award Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 - 2027 requirements.

The Minimum Guaranteed Quantity (MGQ) will be awarded concurrently with the IDIQ contract as a separate Delivery Order. The U.S. Government is entitled to order a maximum total quantity of 75,000 each BSU-33 C/B Fin Assemblies during the life of this contract (Date of Award - 1825 DAA). Prices are for FOB Destination to Letterkenny Munitions Center, Chambersburg, PA; Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, IN; Tooele Army Depot, Tooele, UT; and McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK., with the exception of Foreign Military Sales, which will be FOB Origin.

Period of Performance
The resultant contract will consist of five Ordering Periods (OP) to award Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 - 2027 requirements.

Delivery locations: McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK., Letterkenny Munitions Center, Chambersburg, PA., Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, IN., and Tooele Army Depot, Tooele, UT.
