8/22/2024 Amendment #2

1. Attachment #2 has been revised to clarify leveling of the mill. Contractor is responsible for ensuring that the Mill machine has the capability to be height adjusted for leveling purposes (See picture of current Mill machine attached). The floor itself does not need leveling by the contractor.

1. The footprint is changed from 66" x 99" to 84" x 120"

2. Under "Electrical Controls" the spec for 6 plugs is changed to 4 plugs.

3. The warranty requested for parts and labor changed from 10 years to 1 years in all places.

Background
The United States Air Force, specifically the Pittsburgh 911th Airlift Wing located in Coraopolis, PA, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items under RFQ number FA671224Q0016. The purpose of this contract is to procure a Bridgeport Mill Model BPS1R08 or an equivalent machine. This solicitation is a 100% total set-aside for small businesses and will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria.

Work Details
The contract includes the following items:
- CLIN 0001: Bridgeport Mill Model BPS1R08 or EQUAL – Mill Machine. Packaging, crating, and shipping must be included in the quoted price with FOB Destination applicable.
- CLIN 0002: Installation, start-up, and training services are required. Vendors are encouraged to submit additional literature and/or specification details alongside their pricing template to demonstrate how their proposed mill machine meets the minimum essential characteristics outlined in Attachment #2.

Technical Acceptability Ratings:
- Acceptable: Submission clearly meets brand name Bridgeport Model BPS1R08 or Equal.
- Unacceptable: Submission does not clearly meet brand name Bridgeport Model BPS1R08 or Equal.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Pittsburgh 911th Airlift Wing located in Coraopolis, PA.
