The goal of this contract is to procure a utility vehicle that meets specific performance and functional requirements, ensuring it can effectively support the agency's mission. Work Details
The primary item required under this contract is a Brand-New Kubota RTV-X1100C Full Size Diesel Utility Vehicle. The specifications for the vehicle include:
- Engine: 3 cycle diesel (24 hp or more)
- Transmission: Hydrostatic
- Drive System: 4 wheel drive
- Gear Selection: High, Medium, and Low range forward, neutral, and reverse
- Brakes: Wet disc brakes
- Suspension: Front – independent, Rear – leaf springs
- Towing Capacity: minimum 1300 lbs.
- Payload Capacity: minimum 1600 lbs.
- Tires: 6 ply, front and rear, HARD SURFACE
- Bed Lift: Hydraulic
- Enclosed cab with heat and A/C
- Front brush guards and 3500 Winch
- Spray in bed liner
- Equipped with turn signals and exterior rear visual mirrors
- Worksite tires
- Color: Orange. Additionally, vendors must provide the latest published specifications of the proposed machine along with their quote. If quoting an equal product, they must provide detailed information including manufacturer’s name, brand, model or part number, and any modifications planned to meet solicitation requirements.

Period of Performance
Line item One must be delivered before 30 September 2025.
