Box Truck Rental

Background
This is a non-personnel services contract issued by the Government to provide four (4) 26ft Box Trucks.

The mission of CPX III/WFX 25-1 is to provide tough, realistic training in an environment that prepares Soldiers for deployment to combat operations and other situations. Due to the high operational tempo of these events, there is a need for box trucks available for use at the training sites.

Work Details
The Contractor shall deliver four (4) 26ft Box Trucks with all necessary original equipment parts in accordance with the operator’s manual.

All parts must be fully functional as per the operator’s manual. The Contractor must ensure that the trucks are delivered with a full tank of diesel fuel if required. The delivery locations include designated areas inside training sites at Fort Bliss, TX. The Contractor is responsible for providing qualified drivers to operate the trucks and must comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations.

The Government reserves the right to vary quantities by +/- 30% due to operational requirements and may make multiple awards to meet said requirements. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, vehicles, supplies, equipment, materials, and services required to perform work under this contract that are not listed under Government-furnished items.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be from September 13, 2024, to October 21, 2024. The Government reserves the right to increase or decrease these dates due to mission requirements.
